Mother's Day with Murad

In case you've been hiding under a rock (or let's face it- are just busy), here's your reminder that Mother's Day is this coming weekend and while I shared a few of my shop local ideas on friday, I think skincare is a great gift idea for mom.

When it comes to our skincare needs, Sarah and I love murad! Sarah introduced me to Murad when she was expecting and shared some of her skincare faves. There were a few products she couldn't use when she was pregnant so I gladly gave them a try and instantly fell in love.

I got to try out the Murad High Performance Bodycare Youth Builder set and as usual, I was very impressed. My hands are always so dry so I fell in love with this ultra moisturizing, non-greasy hand moisturizer that is the perfect size to throw in your purse too!

Also in the kit is the detoxifying clay cleanser which has ginger root to stimulate circulation along with safflower and sunflower oils to keep your skin smooth and moisturized!

Last in the kit to try was the Firming Peptide Body Treatment. Who doesn't love the idea of a moisturizer that works to keep your skin looking youthful in addition to moisturizing?! Plus, this moisturizer is unique in that it pumps out as a lotion, but blends like an oil without leaving any greasy residue which makes for pretty much a perfect moisturizer in my books!
