Basics

As much as fall is by far my favourite for fashion, it's also a bit of a weird time for dressing. Mornings can be freezing, calling for scarves, mitts and being fully bundled and then by the afternoon you might find yourself outside without a coat. This can make for some tough dressing decisions. As soon as fall hits I tend to mostly put away my bright and bold color choices from the summer and go back to basics - AKA neutrals. Just because I dress in mostly neutrals though doesn't mean the look is going to be boring.

I've been obsessed with these shoes since getting them in the summer and quite honestly, I wear them non stop. They're comfy, casual and super cute thanks to the funky pattern. These align pants have been seriously life changing for me. Before I got these I never left the house wearing yoga pants. Now, I'm #sorryntsorry to say that I actually find myself wearing these bad boys quite a bit over the weekends if I'm running errands and want to be super comfortable and still look put together. Trust me on these, buy a pair and you'll see how life changing they are too!

I also almost always throw on a hat on the weekends because let's be honest, some days I just don't feel like doing my hair - #truth! I'm also so glad I picked up this jacket in the summer in anticipation of fall. It's the perfect fall jacket - a medium weight, cute cut and I get so many compliments when I wear it! Paired with this gorgeous DUVAL bag that I love so much (use code 204Park10 for 10% OFF!) and this is pretty much my fall weekend uniform. Dressing in greyscale isn't boring at all as long as you add lots of texture! What's your go-to look for fall?
