Spring Swim Inspo

Spring is almost here and with the warmer temps comes the longing for days lounging in the sun. While the spring and summer should be fun filled months spent enjoying time outdoors with friends and family I know that for many (myself including) it can be a bit of an anxiety causing time if you're not feeling totally confident with how you look and feel about yourself. Every day we're constantly bombarded with images of "perfect" bodies which can cause anyone to feel a little insecure. It's for this reason why I love to support Aerie and their motto that there is no such thing as a 'perfect' bikini body. I've been a supporter since their first campaigns with no airbrushing and as they continue with their #aeriereal campaigns, the love just grows.

No two bodies are the same and I love that there's a brand out there supporting diversity in women's bodies without body shaming any one type. It's campaigns like these that make me feel better about myself and help me to celebrate my curves rather than be ashamed of them. So, in anticipation of the warmer days ahead which for me will include days by the pool here in Edmonton and a girls trip to BC in a few months which will certainly include some beach time, I thought I'd share some of my favorite pieces from Aerie that are perfect for warm relaxing days!
