Park Project: Eclectic Family Abode

I'm pretty pumped about today's post because I'm sharing some fun stuff from a little design project I'm working on. You might remember this post I shared about Jen's woodland inspired nursery but not too long after that room was complete Jen actually sold her home! As sad as it was to leave that beautiful nursery behind I also knew that the move to a bigger home meant some serious re-decorating was about to go down! Plus, the woodland nursery has been re-created almost identically in the new home, wood wall and all, so all is not lost!

Jen's previous home (aside from the woodland nursery) was all about vintage eclectic vibes. Think, romance, burlap, lace, soft hues- that kinda thing. You might remember I gave you a little peek at her home spa I helped her decorate which is very in sync with the style of the rest of the home. For her new space, we decided to go in a different direction. The new home is all about a more modern/eclectic vibe - AKA totally up my alley!

Here's our inspiration for the design scheme for the living room

In reality, we selected this area rug from FLOR, this sofa in a custom fabric from Urban Barn and are still trying to finalize what Bertoia style chair we want to order. The lamp, pouf, coffee table and fig tree are confirmed pieces so we're just finalizing artwork, accessories and those smaller details.  I'm so excited to see this project come together and will be sure to share more as it moves along!
