Summer Entertaining with Epicure
Is there anything better than summer, patios, appies, and drinks? Ummmm, nope! Unless of course, those appies and drinks are super easy to make and you can whip them together in no time. Less prep time = more patio time!
For a recent summer evening, I used my Sun Kissed Tomato Dip Mix from Epicure to put a few different appies together and… omg. You guys. So fast and SO easy! And tasty, obviously. This is literally the perfect recipe for a ladies night in. (Or date night. Or solo night in. Basically, you can’t go wrong.)
I made the dip as per the instructions on the jar to pair with fresh veggies, and I also mixed it with olive oil to make a dipper for crusty bread (THE BEST). To round out the assortment, I added some olives, prosciutto, and of course, cheese. Suddenly, I had instant snacks that were so much tastier than a basic bowl of chips.
